Family Details:	Patient’s parents have three children and this boy is the last child. The first 2 kids are girls. The father is an agricultural cooli and faces financial problems due to inconsistent rains.In all they say that it is difficult to sustain themselves on one acre of land they own.They are unable to take medical help from Government run welfare schemes and get free surgeries due to lack of the affected child’s photo in   Ration Card. (Card that identifies a family as below the poverty line or "BPL"). The present card was issued before the affected child was born and they find administrative hurdles in getting the child’s photo and name included in the said Ration Card. Lack of education and ability to get work done cutting red-tape are apparent hurdles. They request for financial help.
